2003 Intimidator eye troubles

I have a stock 2002 timmy, when I first got it everything worked great then I took it apart for the very first time and pinched the wires running to the eyes. Needless to say I realized my mistake and ordered the necessary part from Bob Long. When the new eyes arrived I connected them the only way that you can, and checked the connection at the board everything is all good but it still gives me the little * that means eye sensor malfuntion. Any help would be appreciated.

First make sure you put the right wire in the right plug. Some eyes allow misalignment. Take your eye covers off and wiggle the wires around and see if you get an alignment.
