ULE eye placement

I have a ULE body I would like to mill eye holes in. Does anyone have any specs for the placement? They are 3mm eye elements with a 4mm countersink.

Good question, but I have been thinking of what if someone made a run of jigs so people can drill eyes and an extra detent with a hand drill.

i think the guys AO name is " gecko" he is destructive customs..and last i heard they were doing ule body milling, but the kartas were in the process...
