to make molds for plastic are not cheap (considering they are solid steel) my friend try looking into some PVC stock CNC operation. But hey contuine with your search by all means.

I-mag? NO WAY!!! I assume that that is what you are doing...
I know luke makes plastice molded grips, he might be able to help you out, but I doubt that it will be cheap

yeah im gonna see whats possible..i like the dea of speakers on my halo better..that way i can use it on my diff guns..but the whole idea could be done with an emag with no batt or elctronics..so basically an rt with a batt pack...planty of room..

plastic is out..no way i can afford amold..not for the run im looking for..but..wasnt it my idiot self that got cougar river to mold those grips?? out of CARBON FIBER!!!! screw plastic..carbon fiber is so much better..now will they take the project?? hmmm
