AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.

As of right now I am not taking any work, my next run will be later this year. As for prices, it depends on a myriad of things, whether you striped the gun yourself, or if I have to do it. How many parts there are, and How many colors you want.
If you let me know how many pieces there are, and exactly what you want done. (polished, not polishe) I will get you a price. Polishing is very expensive, and if you pre strip and polish your parts for me it will be significantly cheaper.
Ive seen these on Doc's fourm, Very Very nice work.
Hey quick question, did you have any trouble with the Karta body? Someone said that the mag bodies are tough to get the anno to match the rest of the gun.

It took a little different, but the biggest issue is that they are supposed to fade, and not stay as polished. Which is from what I have seen true. It is a different alloy. It won't react exactly the same in the acid as everything else. My colors are pretty much the same, but its definately not as glossy as the rest of the gun.
Yeah, I'm just about finished with the Karta mag.
The coloring on the Karta turned out a tad lighter shade of red than the rest, it's definitly a different alloy aluminum. But, I can live with that.
The only thing I'd do different is to actually remove the battery stud from the lowers before sending it for anno. That was a real pain in the (*&^#% to fix. I'm keeping a diary of the project, and you can read all about my headaches when it's done.
If I could ever get someone (RRFireblade) to make me the trigger I wanted I could call it done.
Working on a new selector switch knob too, but I'm waiting in line on that too.
I'll post pics when it's done. It's having the second clearcoat done today.
More soon, and I'm glad you liked the micro. I tried to sell the thing dirt cheap and nobody wanted it. I knew it was all cosmetic. How much did it sell for anyway?
