HPA pressure adjustments

Ok guys,
I have been reading that if I adjust my pressure output from 800 to 9 or 950 ill get better response from my xvalve and ult. But how do i do this? i have a 48/3000 Pure energy tank. Thanks

You have to have a special kind of tank. There are fixed and adjustible pressure tanks. You have a fixed output tank.
