    pneumag QEV question

    hello all.

I'm curious as to the importance of the proximity of the QEV in a pneumag to the MPA-3 actuator. I think i may be very tight on space, and I am considering running a barb with a air line from the mpa-3 to my QEV that would be in a less crowded place in my frame. Will this hinder the performance of the QEV and/or the MPA-3 in any way. The reason I ask is because I know that I will be creating a larger volume of air that is essentially "inside" the MPA-3. So, when the mpa3 evacuates its air with the help of the quv, will it take much longer? // too long?// same? any help is greatly appreciated.

there picks of 2-3 frame I made that worked like that. They worked great.
Look in shingo's website. Also, A qev isn't needed.

If a QEV isn't needed, why put one in the system?

Bacause it make ultimate cycle speed greater, reducing short striking chance suposedly...
