    My msv-2 is broken...

As soon as air is fed into it, it leaks out of the exhaust ports. Why is it doing this? Has anyone had any similar problems?

Please help me. I was hoping to play this weekend and finally use it.

Output pressure from your LPR may be set all the way up... the MSV-2 can only handle low pressure.

Try to turn down your LPR until no air is coming off of it... then slowly increase the pressure until your pneumatics come to life.

Another problem could be the small O Ring inside the MSV-2... may be it's not sitting right. Too much pressure would blast this o ring off. You'll need to heat up the MSV to loosen the glue that holds the screw in the back of the MSV. Then reseat the oring.

I had the same problem with my MSV-1... but after I turned down the input pressure to my Pneumatics, everything works fine.

    Good luck.

one of 3 things. Pressure is entirely too high. Pressure was not high enough to seat the orings (this would only happen at super low non operating pressures). Or you hooked the lines up backwards.

      I'm guessing its choice #3

It was option #2. I had a feeling that it would be somehting simple like that.
