Need help with LPR

Quick question about Palmers Micro rock regulater, i get my Pneumag all set up and ready, air it up with the regulater screw all the way out... and it still feed's air to the 3way, in fact it feeds too much it poped the line off....

Anyone know if i just got a flewk regulater and i need to back the screw out to up the pressure and i have it set at max? i havent tryed this yet couse i dont want to hurt any thing by pumping max pressure.

Any ideas?

turn it all the way in and take the hose off if no air comes out then it is at 0 if alot comes out its max

All the way in, and all the way out air still go's through the lpr... quess ill be calling palmer less anyone else has any insight.

got it working now, shingo has pics i asked him to post in his how to, i used his guied.
