AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
FYI - I can push my ULT'd evilmag to about 20bps and thats it. Firstly, the noid does get *****y.I was able to use the RT on off with it, but I didnt feel like messing with it any further to get it set up properly.
I used this guy from ASP:
Its small, 10/32 threaded ports, which means I didnt have to rig a manifold, and fairly small. It was a compromise between performance, function and fit. Basically, it made life easy and works pretty damn good. Next time I build one though, I am going to experiment with something a little faster, which will either be the one The Electrician used, or I something like in a Bushy which will be larger. It all depends on what im going for.
Next time I think I am going to try to get rid of the battery pack and fit the 9v inside the I frame. That means lots of milling and the components must be small.
I have the SMC S070C-VDG-32 which is very similar to the SMC S070C-SDG-32 only mine is 6volt instead of 5volt. The nice folks at SMC have told me that the solenoid will have no problems running at 100 psi. Of course I dont have my frame finished yet and still am not sure what I am going to do about a board, so I havnt tested that out yet.
