Just wondering if it sounds feasable...The holes seem to line up and I can get a stock shocker frame for about 30$ with trigger. Those of you who know more than I do about the matter might be able to comment on how much space I'd be looking at needing

someone on here put a shocker frame on a mag, but it took some workOriginally posted by TollJust wondering if it sounds feasable...The holes seem to line up and I can get a stock shocker frame for about 30$ with trigger. It can work with enough effort. Without looking at the frame and an mpa3 side by side I dont know how easy it would be. You may need to take a LOT of material off of the frame and mpa3 to get it to fit. Then you would need to find a way to mount the msv(if you used that instead of the clippard in which case you would need to find a way to mount that) but that shouldnt be too difficult. I would think the shocker frame would have a mounting hole for some part that could be used to mount a mounting bracket that connects to the msv. You may not have room for the lpr inside the frame but there is no real reason that any frame wouldnt work. Some may be a LOT easier than others but not mant seem impossible.
After doing a benchmark frame that took a LOT of work to open up I would pay the extra money for the Iframe. Maybe if the shocker frame feels better to you it will be worth the extra work but I dont think I would ever do a non Iframe(or other frame that has the mounting for the intelli switch and seems to be a bit more open internally) do to the extra work involved. Why doesnt anything work for me.Comment

Somebody here aready made a shocker framed pneumag a month or two ago.
Yes the holes line up and it would work pretty good.Comment

What rail would work best with the Shocker frame and how much milling would you expect to need to be done to the inside to get it to hide the mechanical pneumatic parts with exception of the LPR?Originally posted by BigEvilCould easily make a Electro Pneumag in a shocker frame also. I have an empty frame sitting here waiting for the right opportunity.Comment

It was an electro-pneu job. Not a pneu-mag. The holes did line up and it looked rather clean. They were able to mount the ram inside. Yours will have the MSV instead of a microswitch though. I'm sure it's possible.Originally posted by PneumaggerSomebody here aready made a shocker framed pneumag a month or two ago.
