What is the most common Dovtail ASA Mount dimensions?

I was wondering if all the Dovetail mounts in the induastry do fit each other or if they are different sizes?

What are the most common sizes and dimensions for a dovetail mount (angle, width, heght, etc.)?

There is not an "industry standard", but they all seem to work together. The geometry of the dove tail does allow for a big tolerance difference between parts.

For instance I've compared Logics dove tail dimensions to mine and there is a big difference but they both work fine mounting the same parts.

I can give you some measurements later today if you still need them..
