Whats it take to make the MQ valve

I was REALLY looking forward to the MQ valve for mags
Does anyone know what it takes to make one? Are they made out of an automag valve?
Is it possible for anyone to do or am I dreaming?
I want a dallara body, ule rail, and an e2 frame
Man that would be sweet!
