I was thinking about putting together a pneumag for my winter project. As I was visualizing the components I was reminded of the older air assist feed systems that some early electro guns had...where there was a hose going up to the elbow that would squirt a little air and push the balls down into the feed neck. Some people swear it works, some don't.
Now, I know that the most practical thing to do is to buy a force feed hopper for reliable feeding. However, let's say I want to stay with a 12v revvy...could I tap into the pneumatics someplace, like the QEV, and run a hose to the elbow to make it air assist feed?
Could this work?
