    Yet another Pneumag question thread.

    Hey all,

I'm about to start my Pneumag project, and I got a question about the air supply. Is there any advantage to using an adjustable air supply with pneumags since the trigger isn't reactive? Is an adjustable worth the extra money, or should I just go with a fast-charging preset for it?

    Thanks in advance.

I agree, you still need the reactivity to retain high rates of fire. Although it doesn't use it in the same way ie.. Bouncing, you still need it to reset the sear as fast as possible. A well setup Pnuemag is very very fast! It's a good high flow preset reg all the way for me.

If you can afford an adjustable they are nice to have. I have one and Im glad I do. Its great for when you want to take the pneumag parts out, or if you have a gun that has a bad hpr and you just want to run a gas through. You may not see a great need for it but I picked an old style maxflow up dirt cheap and I couldnt be happier, other than the weight. You never know when you will have a need, or at least a want to run a lower or higher tank pressure.
Why doesnt anything work for me.
