    I Could Use Some Help

Hello everyone. i am posting for the first time and a new member. i just started playing paintball again." i havent played in ten years" and back then i had a automag and it was king!!
Since i have just started i decided to go with no other then a mag! "i gave my old gun to my godson" so i picked up a 2000 micromag with center feed it has a benchmark double trigger frame and i believe a gas thru or expansion chamber.
Heres where i need help.... i have no idea how to make this fast..i mean real fast... i did some research and have visited this site many times trying to come up with a plan.
Any help or ideas would be great.
im pretty much gonna build a whole new gun but thats ok, whats better then one mag.....two mags!!!
so along with a new x valve and lvl ten bolt, ule body, what else do i need??
do i need to go electric? if so what kind of frame??
also what do you think about a ricocet apache hopper?
if i wanted to keep the micro body will everything fit the same?
    Thanks again for any help.

By the way....that seven year old micro was the only gun not to pop a ball or run out of batteries at the field...all the kids had ions...every one of em. it shot strait and had many kills

If you want it to go fast without batteries, then contact Pneumagger. He can take care of you.

your welcome. if you want to stay mech, go the pnuemag route. If you don't think you can do it yourself, talk to pnuemagger on here, he does nice clean work.

If you want to go electro....get a emag with the Xmod, or keep your mag a a backup and get the new Invert Mini ($400) (blasphemey, I know)

$75 is a steal, i think they generally go for 150-200. Not real familiar with them having never owned one myself, but they seem to work good for the people that have them. You should be more than happy with a pnuemag and a hyperframed mag.

Good luck with your projects. remember the search bar is your friend. and check out the MOTM contest for ideas on your mag building.

I can personally tell you that an emag with a morlock board installed and loaded with predator 5 software absolutly RIPS!!!!

As said pneumagger does great installs and I have never heard a complaint about his work. Doing it yourself isnt that hard to do though with the right tools. While it can be done with a hand drill and a dremel it comes out much nicer if you use a drill press. Most people who do these have a progression. The first is a bit rough but works decent. The next try shows a cleaner approach and a few learned tricks are put into play from the beginning. By the time you have done as many as Pneumagger has done you find proper placement and fine tuning becomes much easier and the overall end result will be cleaner and a little faster/smoother. If doing it yourself isnt your thing you have been shown who does quality work. If you want to try it the worst you are out is the frame and maybe a few of the pneumatic parts. I found to me the knowledge and pride in doing it myself was well worth it. But Ive got a bit of time, like tinkering and had the tools (a drill press, a nice grinder, a decent dremel and dremel bits, and a lot of odds and ends to make it all work if I came upon something I wasnt ready for). Either way you wont be disappointed.

If you want electro the the hyperframe or emag lowers will work great. There was also a new thread about a DM5 frame/board put onto a mag using a noid from www.airsoldier.com and the MPA-3 which is used in the pneumag conversion(also available at www.airsoldier.com and many other places)
Why doesnt anything work for me.

Thanks for all the great info!
For my pneumag project what type of trigger frame do you suggest?
I already have a benchmark double trigger is that any good??

go with a frame that has an intellimount. (intelliframe, Chimera, Logic)

OK, what do i need to do with this hyperframe?..can i just swap trigger frames?
i have a hyperframe and its going on a classic valve micromag. i think that the hyperframe has been milled down...also should i get a ule trigger pull kit?

also im going to take a poll on best trigger frame for my pneumag project
thanks again for any help and input
