    Alternate Method of Installing Actuator

I am going to use a different actuator for my Pnuematic conversion but I was wondering if there is any other method to keep the actuator in place other than drilling holes through my frame. I really don't want to have to drill through the frame and maybe you guys have some ideas. There are a couple of things to consider:

    1. Somewhat easily removable/replaceable
    2. Provides enough stability to make the gun shoot reliably under stress
    3. Provides minimal cutting and drilling of my chimera frame.

I don't have a drill press and I will most likely send it out if I can't do it at home, but I would love to be able install in the with no cutting. Hopefully you guys can help.

there will hell lot of work to make that custom bracket to hold the actuator and mount the bracket to the screw hole provide by the frame.

You could always solder it or epoxy it in place, but removing it would be tough...

To solder it you have to clean your frame down to bare metal. And plubing solder isn't strong enough for it so you would have to braze or silver solder it but your looking at re annoing it after

Yea I was thinking of JB weld or something in that nature as well but it would be very very tough to remove if I could remove it at all. The only other option would be a press fit or friction fit for the actuator. Let me get the actuator in the mail and then see what I could do when I get it.
