Something I have been working on.

I have been wanting to build a Pnuemag for awhile and started getting the parts over the last few months. But I wanted something different from the normal Pnuemag so I decided to make a bull pup Pnuemag.

I bought a used mag body and a classic valve, got a ULT and a Q Loader. Also ordered some Aluminum bar stock and some octagon stock and went to town with my hack saw and drill press.

I quickly found that I needed some help and late last year Hephaestus posted in The WorkShop asking for a project he could make for school. Well he picked my part and he sent it to me over the X-Mas holiday. Let me tell you he took my mad crazy MSPaint blueprint and turned my MPA-3 block into a work of art.

I will attach one of them so you can see what I am talking about. Also all of my pics are on my memory stick and I left it at the house so I will attach all of the pics tonight when I get home.

This is work in progress and I will be asking for some help from yall pretty soon because I want to try some things I have not seen, like cutting the mag body right behind the feed port and turn it so I can feed from the bottom. Sounds crazy right?

Any way check out this teaser MSpaint and I will attach a ton of pics tonight.

    SS

    PS.
A big thanks to Hephaestus for milling the mounting block. He took a total noob drawing and made it into a work of art.

Might be useful if you run into some snags, or give you some ideas you hadn't thought of.

That is about what I am going for, just different placement of parts.
I like the Qloader under the barrel, on my mock setup it is real easy to change out the feed pods with one hand, and I am also kicking around the idea of running my tank with a remote.

I have been messing up on my mold making, I saw a Myth Busters a few weeks back where they were making planes out of concrete and Adam made a mold out of Styrofoam and then used acetate to separate the concrete from the Styrofoam. So far my home made vacuum pump and bag didnt work very well.
Anyway it is a lot of fun learning these things and cannot wait until I get everything done.
Just waiting on the LPR I ordered and some barbs.

        Thanks for the looking.

Well here are some pics of the of the Block that I had made.

As you can see the block holds the MPA-3 , the slots on the top are there so I can move the block back and forth to adjust placement of the MPA3.
I need to leave for work, once I get there I will explain more.

            Hey Bro,

Saw your post and I am glad to see that the valve fits in place.
I can't wait to see it completed and in action.
If you have any questions or need some ideas from me don't hesitate to ask.

            Ciao.
