    my 2nd pneumag

ok so i finished my second pneumag today. im having some trouble wiht the emag valve. the pneumatics fire my classic valve fine but the emag valve shoots once then locks up i cant even push the sear manually. other than that the intallation was easy and it cycles great. waiting on a sear for the rt rail so for now its on the classic rail. i need to get a NPT tap so i can run the lpr on the v/a. just gotta trim the hoses and fix some kinks they dont block air flow just look bad lol and im changing all the lines to black. anybody think i could get a ule, x valved mag with intelli or better for it? lmk

I had the exact same problem with my emag valve! That's really bizarre...

And I could never figure out why BTW.

Has anyone actually made a pneumag using an emag valve?

I think I know the answer to this,.. but let me ask one quicky first,...

Is your Emag valve drilled out to take a ULT kit,.. yes or no?

No. It came stock that way.

And I tried using a ULT and a Emag on-off by the way. Didn't work with either.

no its not drilled. its just got the quad o ring. i cant figure it out, ive got a retro valve on the way that im going to try on it. but i know it worked ok with a regular trigger frame and sear all except it had a little shootdown problem, im gonna get a rebuild kit cuz i just threw some used orings in it for now. i dunno i think ill just through the classic valve back on it. at least it works. lol

Take the quad oring out, and replace it with the white one like in the classic valve. That happened to me once on that sniper rifle I made.

Oh yeah. one thing I now remember about my emag valve'd pneumag was that the rail didn't have the copper bushing...

                  Does yours?

yeah the bushing is there. its shoots kinda ok with the regular trigger frame. i put the pneumag frame on it and the thing just doesnt work. it fires my classic valve really nice. just cant get the emag valve to work on it so i think im gonna get rid of it cuz its no good to me just sitting in a box of parts.
