minimag body conversion complete.

ok i finished modding my minimag body onto my classic r/t. it wasnt very hard, all i used was a dremmel, sandpaper, and 2 small files (a flat and round file) what needed to be done was:
1: round the square body. this required the dremmel (ill get pics of the bits i used) also used the file to get it perfect.
2: the twist lock hole had to be modified, i had to make it larger and chanfer the edge to make it fit, i used the round file.
3: the bakc of thew body hanged over into the valve renatining screw hole so it had to be notched. used the dremmel with a samding drum
4: lots of tedious trial and error to get it perfect but not enough to get frustrated, i opted not to mod my intelliframe as im poor and need to sel my 68 classic and i dont have a trigger frame to put on it.

yeah ill be getting everyting up tomorrow cause my camera cant take pics in unnatural light and the minimag body refelcts all the light from the flash.

if i had a mill i would too, my hand isnt steady enough to mill the rail with a dremmel. plus if i get a newer rail the body will fit it. when i go to college next year ill do that this way i can fit any body on the rail. thanks for the tip and the pic.
