I guess that is too much LPR pressure

I haven't seen any mention of how much pressure is too much on a pneumag LPR. I think I see one measure; when I degas my mag, I find the onoff pin stuck up inside the onoff so far I thought part of it had broken off! It must be getting kicked up hard. I think I will learn to turn my tickler down.

It's going for it's first play days this weekend!

Ehhh, not really. You just have a short pin. Too much pressure into the switch would blow a seal. However, those little fabco valves are pretty tough.

Hmm.. same thing happened on a 0.712 pin and a 0.750 pin. It's an RT on/off in a classic valve.

Maybe it's just the left over pressure in the valve pushing the on/off body out while the pin stays put?

Didn't Shingo put in his "how to build" database that 35-50 PSI was all that was needed? 20-35 if a ULT was used? Correct me if I am wrong.

I think I missed some of the more complete files I had the reg set just above the actuation of the sear, but then I installed a lvl 10 bolt and started fiddlin'. Seems fine now, but the on/off is always hanging out when I pull the valve. I never played with this marker before I pneumagged it, so sometimes I have doubts about it. It was pretty neglected.
