    End Mill question

I'm plodding my way (slowly) through my halfblock conversion and then had the realization that I have to cut through the hammer....and I have no ends on hand that can do the job (or should I say the school doesn't)

My question is, where is the best place to pick up a 1/4inch carbide end mill? I have a few looks on Ebay that seem about right but I don't care for the idea of buying used tools but 7$+ shipping sounds pretty damn nice compared to the 45$ or so I'd be spending otherwise around here.

Sidenote : two set screws away from having my shocker framed pneu done...can't wait.
