New automag idea

Let me know what you guys think about this mod. Its basically creating the equivalent of an E-mag (both hybrid mode and standard e-mode) in the gripframe. The upside is that it uses air for the ram, so battery lasts a long time. The downside is that the LPR is not internal, so it has to be mounted out front. Notice the hall sensor, and the magnetic trigger.

But yes, that particular frame shoots nicely. Well, It shoot the crap outta my stock Halo... (chuff, chuff)

Well the idea is sound, ive gotten a nod from a couple different people.

And the only difference between shooting in hybrid vs. E mode is the sear rod. So if you pop that out, or otherwise block the trigger from going back that far via perhaps a trigger stop then that is your mode selector right there.

I will be getting this mod done most likely and I will report back with all the lessons learned for anyone who is interested.

theoretically switching out the electro internals for the MSV-2 would be easy, and then there is your pneumag righ there.
