    my Pneumag attempt

well I started work on my pneumag today and i having a little bit of a problem on mounting my msv-2 to the frame here are some pics.

here is the frame after i removed some metal for the msv-2

and here is the msv-2 siting in the frame

so you can see the holes dont line up with the inteli frame holes. so any help on mounting this would be great

You can use any drill bit so long as it's smaller than the tap.

I wouldn't go more than a step smaller (#44) if you can help it. #4 taps are fragile and the closer you can get to the thread size the easier it will be. The #43 is the designated size (0.089 inches) for a 4-40 if you have it.

I could not get the pin out so i just pried the lever off, ground down the pin then used a paper clip to hold the lever back on

hard routing the hoses with out pinching them cant seem to get it to work yet, eather gets in the way of the mvs-2 lever or the sear hits it when it moves. going to order some more 90deg fittings to see if that helps

I ended up flipping a lever twice. I tried to use low profile barbs facing the MPA-3, but I had the actuator too close to the MSV and could not avoid hose kinking, so I put it back.

With a washer or small nut on the back side, a pair of pliers can push the pin out part way easily. Then you can tap the end with a nail or other soft metal point (to avoid flaring the end of the pin). Then I grabbed the protruding end with a small pair of pliers and pulled, which took a few tries.
