I can polish it or it can be used as it. It depends on it's being used for. I didn't want to take it any further unless there was going to be a physical need for it. I really like were this has all gone though. I like the inclusive, crowd sourced, everything that fits the central concept is valid approach.

With a "team" this big where everyone has a voice, you'll never reach a consensus anyhow. My art is available to anyone who would like to use it. Just let me know and I will get you the appropriate file type/size for your application.

I think the font looks dated. Don't take this in a negative way, more constructive criticism. That looks exactly like what jerseys 10 years ago would look like.

Once a decent concept is agreed upon (hard enough to do) everyone interested in a jersey might want to chip in a few bucks to hire a designer that is experienced in doing jerseys.
