i need the radio shack part numbers to all the intelifeed parts

What are the part numbers to all the parts I need to make my warp inteli with my
I-frame ... (Like the microswitch, jack adapters or whatever it is that I need!)

I did a search and only found out how to make my I-frame intelifeed with my Revvy

Although a while back I remember Mr. Kaye telling us what the parts are but I couldnt find that post...

please any help and pictures would be helpful!
