Hasty, you can't. The people are reffering to using 2, 3000psi scuba stations, not 2k stations.
The ONLY feasable way is using a mega booster from Nitroduck. It will take the pressure from the tank, and boost it to the pressure your tank is using untill the tank has a vaccuum of pressure left.......Gets 10x fills a 3k tank of the same size does.
