quick karta price check question

hey guys,
I am thinking about putting my emag back to stock form ( she is a wall hanger and I want to have the gun I shot at cup) this means I will probably be selling my karta body and rail to fund another project.
my question to you is
what do you think a fair price for the pair would be?
it is a gloss black set, the body has one fine scratch on it

in the ballpark of 375.00 to 450.00.. really closer to 400.00 with the scratch and without seeing it....

I think I sold my karta body and rail for $400 only a month or two ago.

Considering the slug body cost $190 and the Milling of the Karta is $155, add ULE the Rail for $20 more... put Annodzing for $150...

You have $515 in that alone... so $450 resale is not out of the ballpark. These bodies hold their value pretty well.

Yes you can get a lot of cash out of it - remember they are not made anymore and the sluggo route will cost upwards of 500

so you can still 'be nice' and charge 450 for it - but will people buy it?

You can always start there - and go lower later if you want.

About a year and a half ago I sold one on Ebay for 440.00 shipped.
The peanut gallery in here (you children know who you are) said I was a rip off
and called me everything in the book.
The vindication I have now is so much fun.

I paid $400 for mine about 6-8 months ago... So you should be able to get at least $400 with one little scratch.... Not to sure you can go to much higher or you may sit on it for a bit...

When you were selling your bodies on eBay for $440, Rogue was selling new Karta Combos BRAND NEW with his Sub-Zero feedneck, dual Retents, ULE'd rail, anod for $375. Yep, youve been vindicated Wisen up (old man).

I paid 350 for my Karta body, rail, Hybrid clamping feedneck, 2 kila detents, & RT bike grip 9mos ago for 350. I would say with the going market 400-450.
