    Bolt cap on rail

I am upgrading to a new(metal bolt ) for my rail, I am trying to take it apart but there is four lil screw around it. It appears to be itty bitty allen wrench mark, Does anyone know the allen wrench sieze? It is very small? I need to buy one. ( allen wrench)

    thanks

    Beware Murphy's Law....

never install new parts before a planned day of play. Wait till after.

what advantage could a heavier bolt on the rail have?

The stock back cap, it made of very cheap plactic, one made of AL or metal is way more durable.

ah gotcha! i thought you meant the bolt... let me check quick i have a few metal caps in store (but no Rail)

ok just checked it out. hte cap should unscrew pulling everything out, then the 4 setscrews that connects the cap to the bolt assembly SHOULD either be a .050 allen or a 1/16th allen key. cant say for sure since the aftermarket caps dont have the screws in them. but 1 of those 2 allen keys should do the job
