More news, I got in touch with his father. His father never mentioned anything about him having car trouble or the Navy, in fact he said he has been out of the Navy for more than a year. I wouldve expected him to call if he was having any issues with his car considering he was moving back home, if he was moving home.

I dont know what to say guys. Honestly it seems he planned this, at least to me it does.
If not, I do hope everything is ok.

I spoke with Maglover today and we worked everything out, my marker has been shipped
I would like to inform everyone that Maglover is trying to get in touch with a few people but, is not having any luck.

As for the claim. If it is not pursued in a certain amount of time, it closes. I'm not deffinate about that but I do remember reading about it somewhere. I'll go check it out.

Well, the claim I had issued was within the time limit and they did rule in my favor. But the account was empty so I could not get any money back. Then the situation where we did get a hold of maglover came along and I got my marker. I emailed Paypal back and notified that the claim was finally resolved amicably. That way there shouldn't be a problem to deal with, should he ever use paypal again.

he ripped me off, i have been searching for him, does anyone know him personnley?

he owes me about $2000.

been trying to track him down.

i tried dealing with him and making amends, but he jetted and dissappeared pretty much, thinking of calling the cops on him.

by the way, i have 2 brass paintball pistols he gave me, i do not know anything about paintball, anyone interested in them? i don't use them nor will i ever. rather sell them to someone who will.
