    1Martin+1Martin=2Martins

Got my other Martin in the mail the other day and must say I like it as much as the first, well almost.

Any one else have a Martin that has a loose solenoid? Both of these do, leads me to believe it's not a unique problem. They still rip

Grand total for both including shipping and the Pipe kit: $595

Looking for number 3 so offer up!

Nice pair there ... how do you mean the solenoid is loose? Like it spins easily?

I assume you mean it spins or wobbles. If so, then most likely it would only tighten in an odd position. Throw a small dab of blue (removable) loctite or more preferably some teflon tape, as it will be easier to remove.

        It shouldn't cause any issues.
Hey, look at that! It's Santa!

No need to be sorry, to each his own.

Some one here prob knows a lot more than I do about them. Martin was a guy that made realy cut down cockers. http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/2594/

To tell you the truth I didn't know what the deal was when I bought my first one (the blue one) here on AO. I guess he didn't make a ton of them and they are crazy small and light.

Yeah they "move" around a bit. I have had other E1/E2's and Race's and never had the issue. I will try the teflon tape.

I have ALMOST bought that silver-sledded Martin on soooo many occasions. I've seen it around for a while now. Did you pick it up at halfcocker.com? It was on there for ages.

              Great pick-up AirAssault!

I bought that one here on AO a few months ago. You should of picked it up! I don't know how much it was going for before, but I bought it for the low low price of $250 with a pipe kit.

actually saw the blue one in person a while back when it was being sold. think he wanted 550 at the time. if you like the cut down cockers, they are nice.

You could try putting an o-ring on it too, which can help give it a little friction and prevent it from turning.
