    Removal of twistloc assembly??

Hey guys, I couldn't find a thread or pdf telling how to take the twistloc assembly out of a classic AM/MM rail. If there is one, could someone plz direct me to it, or better yet just give me a quick rundown. I've taken the spring and pin out, but the threaded casing doesn't seem to want to move. Any hints??

    Thanks guys.

put it back together. Place a wood block on the bottom, and tap it out with a hammer.

To re-install insert from the top and use a body to press it back down into the hole.

I pulled the screw, spring and pin. I then took a phone book and just whacked the twistlock against the phonebook. Came out quite easily.
