    Question for Qloader owners...

I was just wondering...has anyone tried...or is it even possible to mount the Q loader directly on to the warp feedneck of a Tac-One (or any warp feedneck for that matter)? Do you have to have the hose for some reason....or can you feed it in directly?????

    thanks for any information.

iirc, a piece of 3/4 pvc works? I know Zak Vetter stuck his qloader directly on the feedneck without hose. It might be posted on his website.

        I don't have a Q-Loader, but I would be concerned about stability.
Of course, if you have the mounting bracket aligned and secured properly, it shouldn't be a problem. you'd probably need to fabricate a bracket to fit just right.

I suppose one downside would be that you'd have to unmount the the loader "cap" if you ever needed to get into the breech where a hose is easily disconnected.

If you decide to try it out, post up some pics... I think that could look really sleek!

this pic on zak's site shows it

albeit not that clear, the movie might show it better but I didn't look at it.

Looks like he's got some sort of extender? pvc pipe as mentioned?

Based on that pic, it looks like it's sitting 2" off the body and only secured by the feed neck.

If you can manage to get it to sit flush on the side of the body (since you're using a warp feed), it might look good.
I wonder which direction you'd have it point. Those Q-pods are long...

Heh.. I'm really curious to see how this would turn out
If you already have the Q-loader, you don't have anything to lose to just try it out.

I never played with it but had at one point placed my qloader feeding directly into the feedneck. It was a very very tight fit between the black hose insert and the feedneck I.D., and was not very stable, I do not think it would have survived 2 minutes in a game.

Even using the CMS there is no convenient way to secure a qloader in that position.

Good luck in finding a set up that works for you.

There are a lot of Qloader users here but you might want to try posting this question on the forum at the Qloader website.

Did that too. Just thought since it was also a AGD specific question people here might be able to help.

get a wrap body thats pointing away from your body ie right hander needs warp right, that way its away from normal line up on yr marker it can stick out as far as it wants to then. i would say to use an emag rail with the holes in the back and i would make something so that when yr running the tupe isnt flopping around, but you would need to oversize it compared to the tube for easy in/out of the tubes. i may actually try this now i never thought of it before but its a sweet lil idea.

the issue i see though is reloading, or slappin another tube on it, it takes a fair amount of force to get the tube to line up right and everything and PVC would pop off, may need to get some tape on the feedneck to help hold it tight and you may go as far as short screws to use as set screws to hold it to the feedneck.

If you try it let us know and lets see some pics!

I had figured if you could use the CMS mount to get the top part of the loader mounted to the gun....then putting pods in and out would be ok. The big thing is...will the Qloader just fit right on to the warp feedneck? I am sure someone could come up with a way to mount it in that position if it would work.

I am curious if the loader would just fit right on...no PVC or anything....just plug it right into the side at the warp feed.

                              freakin cheaters

my question is why put a q-loader on that

i would actually like to see it cause what keeps the tube and all from doing a 360 when you dive? it comes with a roll of black tape 5 dollar piece 30 dollar roll of black tape, and 5 bux for shipping
