My old mag was walkable, no ULT.

The logic frames have that little screw in the trigger, and if you put that close enoung to where you can still shot and have the sear reset, you can walk it.

Not at all. This is a mag forum, it will never be played out. If you think so, there are plenty of other forums waiting for ya!!! Until then, it will continue to be played!

The mag is absolutely sufficient for me, and as it seems the others in this thread. Skill overcomes firepower every day of the week, and twice on SUNDAYS!

Yep, skill. Go back to your ramping playing style and tell it to someone who cares. There is a reason why your preferred league aint doing so hot. And smack-talking the mag aint gonna help. Dont like the mag? Go complain about it on a non-mag forum.

And walking a trigger existed long before electros did. The ones who could do it with mechs had true skill. So please, dont start spouting that crap(again)

Paintball is still a 'shooting' sport last I checked. While im not opposed to 'responsible ramping', there are those of us that still like the good old one pull one shot. Then we have to develope the skills to shoot fast.

Hope you can see it, i got too lazy to take it out. The hole on the bottom of the sear is the original hole for the sear arm thing. with the "sear mod" a hole is drilled a bit higher and placed there.

You say you guys don't 'spray and pray' - but if that's the case, why is there a need to increase the rate of fire of an automag? if firepower has nothing to do with it, then there's no need to make the marker shoot faster -- it should be sufficient as is.....

and rogue, speed based on skill? how different is it moving your fingers back and forth whether it's a mag or an electro? if they're making the pull to mimic an electro - absolutely nothing.. so please, don't start spouting that crap (again)

For someone that hates mags so much you sure do post a lot. Hey pbnation called, they want their leader back. Better run along, all the agg kiddies over there miss you.

Now on subject. I bought a mag off the bay several months back and could walk that baby like an electro too. I put that valve in my devil mag, but may switch it back out to stick in one of my mechs. Nice marker and vid.
Due to the objections of a certain Canadian, this space is now for rent.

For a mag that you are walking with both you fingers is good. I can get a good walk with my ULT RT Mag but skip a ball every 3 to 4 shots. In my opinion, you technique is good and will only get better with time, practice and finger strength. Try that with a mech spyder or mech cocker, it won't happen. Higher rate of fire has always been sought after with mechs and even pumps. One shot, one kill; only when you get the target with the first shot but once he is out running, anyone will rapid fire their marker. This is where technique and skill will really come into play.

With my ULT, while im playing I forget its a mech and just instinctively walk it like an electro. Its not 25-gm-electro switch light by any means, but maybe emag trigger with 3 magnets light....maybe a little better. Its definately alot of fun and a challenge to play against electros with it.

Here's a little tech trick for you guys looking to make you ult walkable. Forget everything you know about input pressure and ROF. With this, a 800-850 psi screw in tank is ideal. To high and it will bounce, to low and it wont return fast enough. I keep my adjustable reg at 800. My screw in nitro duck, which btw is not real great for my E/Xmags, seems to work well for this also.
