None of the parts match. The fade itself is nice, but they all faed to different points...

My old viking was a great example of a nice reverse red to clear..

Since its still at thefool's shop I would reccomend you re-anno the feedneck to silver...

I think the fade on the feedneck is fine...a solid silver on a faded body would look out of place. Besides the silver part in the pic is still raw and unanno'd yet, so it may be a different colour he's going with and not silver.

The overall fade it currently has looks good if the intent is to have a soft fade finish as the final result. It would look great.

But if your planning on a hard fade like rkjunior303 viking pic, then yeah, the final result would make the fade look uneven. (Unless that's the idea your going for?)

It's looking good anyhow, can't wait to see the completed thing.

but the fade of the body doesn't match the fade of the feedneck. the body under the feedneck is completely silver, and the feedneck is a strange uneven mix of silver and red.

i still love the gun tho
