jersey question

My team is getting new jerseys to go with my stores new look and logo, here is a rough pic of what my idea looks like, the sponsor logos will be cleaned up and the white boxes around then removed, plus my logo, the vents logo, and the spyder logo will be white not red or black.


What does everybody think? What needs changed?
