Thanks man. Yeah, it is a 12V Rev, I guess I called it that because it takes two 9V batteries, hence 18V. I do remember the shredders though. Man how the time flys.Originally posted by LennyCouple of things:
1.) Wicked awesome 'Mag! The only thing I'd change is I'd swap out the on/off for an RT Pro on/off. It'll lighten up the trigger pull without causing short stoking. Otherwise, KEEP HER AS IS! She's gorgeous!
2.) Unless you're talking about the old 18vlt VL Shredders, they are called 12vlt Revvies now. VL added a power regulator after having many complaints about motors burning out. They did this quite some time ago. Great loaders, though. I still use mine after 5 years. Never had a problem.
3.) Paintball certainly has changed. I hate the new-gen guns. If I shoot an electro, chances are it's either an older electro, an E-Cocker, or an E-Mag of sorts. But then, I prefer pump and mech. And trust me, you'll gain a new found hatred for Ions, and little agglets alike. (Or as I say, ***G or gAy-G-G)
4.) But seriously, that is a sweet 'Mag.
Will the RT Pro on/off work properly in my gun? Where can I order it? Airgun Designs?

The RT on/off with a .750 pin will work in your classic valve and it'll lighten then trigger pull. Try Tunaman at [email protected] He's probably the cheapest.

Basically, the Classic on/off has a 6ish pound pull weight, and the RT has a 3ish pound pull weight. By replacing the on/off, you'll drop the trigger weight, without the fear of short stroking (as with putting a ULT in a Classic valve). When I did this to an old 'Mag, I didn't really shoot much faster, but having a nice. easy-to-pull trigger is much appreciated. Definately worthwhile.Autocockers are the greatest markers ever made.

REPLACE THE MICROLINE!!!
Get MACRO line at least. I always had problems with microline blowing out on me, and that was running it at lowers pressures on a cocker!
Get some macroline if you're not going to go with braided hose. Otherwise, it looks great! If you have the matching duckbill, I'd try to throw that on the there instead of that black one.
I think I remember Tom saying the black/grey/silver was a less common splash too, but I may be mistaken!
You could always get a chrome or even black ULE body for it too
But if you have the matching powerfeed plug, why not show it off with your classic body

Summary,
Why on earth would anybody put a ULE on that gun? It's too classic to modernize. And she's sooooo pretty the way she is!Autocockers are the greatest markers ever made.

I've had stainless, macro, and micro on this gun. Micro looks the best in my opinion. I've never had a leak, and definately never a blowout! I couldn't image blowing out the line, they must have been damaged or cut improperly. Or maybe the cocker was tired of breaking down and tried to blame it on the line!Originally posted by SummaryJudgementREPLACE THE MICROLINE!!!

Actually, I am the one at fault. I meant ULT not ULE. I'm definately keeping the classic body.Originally posted by SummaryJudgementI was reiterating that he could go ULE OR keep the classic body and use his matching PF plug

Actually, that's a distinct possibility with the cocker in question!
