But, that looks odd, i'll agree.
Even the placement on 'Borgs bother me. I guess it's just me.

So, how does this thing work? Shocker-like? Mini-like? Marq-like? Freestyle-like? Or something new for the spooler world?

New spooler design. They will be posting up the details next week.

From what i've read, the new Pikkadoll marker uses the old original version ('03) of the spooler tech used in the Droid. Something about the Pikkadoll creators being once sponsored by MacDev, who got the chance to play with MacDev's early prototype, then broke ties with Macdev and 'stole/borrowed' the tech to make their own gun.

Something to that effect anyway. Could be just rumour.

Not bad...but....why is it that many of the companies seem to ...umm..."barrow" design elements for the look of their marker....

the Droid is in here....but at a glance it could be any of these.....they all look way too much alike IMHO....whats with the sort of criss-cross swoopy horizontal/angled lines...that's what looks "cool" these days I guess. Do all companies use the same CNC machine or something?? Cant they come up with something different.....

Granted this is only a small portion of the markers out there...yet as an artist...I just see little to no real push in the design element....
