Retro valve OR Clasic RT valve?

OK i got a Retro valve that i got in a trade and i have a Classic RT mag and was wondering what would be the best thing to do, should i keep the Classic RT valve on the mag or should i swap it out for the Retro valve? What would be the pro's and con's on this subject? oh i also have another question my mag seems to be leaking air through the front of the valve through the little hole on the side was wondering if it was just the power tube o-ring or is it something totaly diffrent?

The classic RT valve is not compatible with the standard valve design (Classics/ReTro/XValve). You would not benefit from the ReTro since you have an RT valve. The ReTro was designed to put a RT valve on a classic body/rail combo (and now the ULE gear). The EMag and XMag were both designed around the classic valve's form factor.

Both valves function exactly the same. The RT valve will only work in a classic RT and the retro will work in any gun except for the classic RT.

Check your banjo bolt orings about the leak. Make sure they arent cut and are lining up properly in the rail.
Also check your on/off orings especially the one in the bottom of the hole where the on/off assembly is inserted.

The power tube oring would cause a leak down the barrel...

Actually, the old classic RTs tend to be more reactive. My old classic RT was INSANE!
But yea, they aren't compatible without a ridiculous amount of modification.
