There's only one way to test them

Same with the Level X, as I learned earlier.

Bolt was bouncing off my finger quite nicely, so I figured I would test it with some paint. Balanced a paintball in the right spot, and pulled the trigger.

And the first thing that crossed my mind:

Lol I did that once, In the house... luckily I had my gun pointed towards my gun case otherwise my ma woulda had my arse for the spray of hellfire paint that came out the end

The level X did its job perfectly. Its the same as the bounce test for testing the paint shell, you drop it from the same distance a few times and after a few most paint will have broken. If the level X never broke the paintball, I'd say that its set up to be a bit too soft on paint.
