I would like advice and input please

Well my fiancee has told me she wants a paintball gun of her own now cause she is tired of using my loaner (tippy .68 carbine). She wants a mag cause she likes the RT ULE I got this summer, but she doesn't want to spend that much. So I was thinking of ordering her a new pro classic with a purple ULE body, 12 volt revy w/xboard, and a 48/3000 tank. She doesn't shoot a whole lot or very fast, so would it be ok to just stick with the stock level 7 that comes with the pro classic, or go ahead and up for the level 10? Also, my RT ULE is the first mag I have ever owned, what she I expect from the pro classic? She doesn't need the intelli or rt, she picks her shots well, I have rarely seen her use more than a hopper and a pod in 1 game.

I am still learning my way around mags, so I will appreciate any help and advice I can get to setup my girl with a mag too. Thanks

Look in the for sale forums, lots of nice set up mags for low prices. Heck, how about a nice red to clear fade Xmag?

Not needing RT and not having RT are two different things. She may want to pick up her game and the classic may not cut it for her. Id pick up a something she wont need to upgrade that much in the future. My $0.02

I would sugest that you find or build her a nice ule package from the forums. If she wont be using it much then that would be what I would do. Your resale value wont change much if you buy used, which would be totaly diffrent if you bought new and decieded to sell it for what ever reason.

I just would like a litte more info on the pro classic valve. The only AGD valve I have used so far is my Xvalve, I just want to make sure it something she can pick up and use and put away easily with simple maintenance like my xvalve is. She is used to the sheridan/magcf style trigger frame from using a pmi 1 I had to play pump, plus she says she likes single trigger better anyways, so if she wants a 45 frame I though I could find a benchmark single if I have too. Thanks for all the help so far and the funny comments too. I needed something to relax about, 9 days till I take that big plunge

The classic valve is, if anything, only more reliable and easier to maintain than the Xvalve. The trigger pull will be a bit harder than on the Xvalve, especially if you have ult...didn't notice if you said...

9 days (or is it 8 now) until you retire from paintball? Good to get her involved with it early, otherwise it's a struggle to get out more than one weekend every three months.

The Pro-Classic might be the way to go, as you can also just pop in an X-Valve if she wants to upgrade later. If she's going single trigger, I'd encourage something with a ULE-Trigger. I put together my ULE RT-Pro for under $400 from parts acquired on the forums.

trigger pull shouldn't be a problem, she honestly doesn't shoot very much, she really picks her targets....so we end up making a good team usually, I flush them and she tags them.
