just picked up a mini or 3

Finally gave in...sold some stuff and bought a mini. Me, Mongoose, & his girls brother picked em up for $300+tax at our local field and I gotta say it is a sweet little gun. Even though the internals look almost identical (to a point) to a mag. Gonna be trying it out on sunday, but it was shooting ropes last night.

    all 3

The internals really arent anything like a mag other than the fact its a single tube gun. Anyway, nice guns but not really all that comfy for a lot of poeple. Its nice that they are small and light but in a lot of cases they are to small. For the price they are hard to beat though.

I know, they just look a lot alike inside...it's gonna take some getting used to being how small it is...the weight is good, but we compared it to one of our mags (ule, chimera, xvalve) just by holding both in our hands and they feel almost the same

pretty damn close to me,, if you replace the sear with a air forward system you get it,, however no lvl X and its not built to agd tolerances.

The Mini operates nothing like a Mag. The only similarity is that the bolt is returned with a spring. No sear, no blow forward stem valve/bolt, no on/off, no integrated reg....

            It is a tube tho.

it does apply the air in two stages....first low and slow then the rush...very close to a lvl 10 i think...just from the bottom not the back.
i truly think my rpg mag is lighter
also when i had to strip it down it reminded me alot of a mag!
it still needs to be battle tested
