    Help me decide

Right now I have a PE 68/45 tank wich I recently dropped and screwed up the top of the reg It still works but it needs fixed. As of now I am leaning toward 2 options. Option 1 send it to crossfire and have them put a new reg on it, or Option 2 send it to agd and have a flatline installed.

What do you all think ?

Here is a crappy pic, but you can kinda see where the top is cracked and pushed down. Right now it feels like a loose tooth.

Micro Max-Flow. It might be smart parts, but you'll thank me if you ever need to fly with your tank.

Or just keep using it, and quit whining.

You might check into a Myth from Guerilla Air. Super flow and fast recharge at an incredible price.

Um yeah, I have been using it. If you knew how loose the piece is that is messed up, you would want to replace it too.

Thanks for some other ideas guys.

The "piece that's messed up" serves one purpose: To help retain the o-ring.

If it breaks off...nothing happens. Therefore there is no reason why you can't continue using your tank.

You can buy the top peice pretty cheaply and replace it yourself(It is designed for owner level maintence). Any proshop should be able to order it for you. Or you could just keep using it.

The part you need is #8 on both diagrams and part #41101. Call PMI @ 800-334-0502 or email them at TECHSUPPORT [at] PMINETWORK [dot] com. You can order the part from them. You might also call local dealers to see if they carry the part you need.
