Nice! They sue the Pulse for breach of patent then they rip off the design!

Im no fan of NPS, but its my understanding that the Pulse design was NPS/Kee's in the first place. Thats why they sued.

As the rumor goes, a designer for Odyssey(Halo) left and found his way to work for ProCaps. While he worked at Halo, they were designing the next generation of the Halo. What you now see.

The work he did was owned by Halo, who was acquired by NPS. This work was protected by non-disclosure agreements while he was at Halo---and hence became the property of NPS/Kee when Halo was acquired.

So NPS/Kee didnt rip anything off. The reason why, to date, theyve won in court is because the design was theirs in the first place.

Are you dense? It was there design in the first place that was stolen from them. Now they are just producing the loader that THEY designed. The reason dxs had to stop making the pulse was because it was made with stolen technology.

I agree. In this industry that is saying allot. I like how he gets to the point, and never fluffs up his products with a bunch of BS.

Ill stick with my halo..I've had bad expierences with mics and I dont want to spend another 40 on top of 170 for an rf chip..

Though the magna slip drive upgrade could be nice..so I dont have to worry about making soup in my hopper..that's no fun.

Me neither. I didnt mentiong, cuz I was waiting for someone else too. But, like everything else, Im sure it will grow on me. Kinda like Dye Matrices.

Theres an upgrade so you can use the Magna drive clutch system and rf on your halo/reloader so you don't have to splurge for a new hopper. I think I'll go that route.

now they just need to make the halo shells out of the stuff they made the pulse shells out of. i mean they can hammer in nails and ive broken 2 feednecks.
