    poll! which to get?

ok, so i already have a ULE mag and ive been looking recently into getting some electro. ive pretty much narrowed it down to these two, and when casting your vote, keep in mind that both would be coming BNIB and at the exact same price of $399.99

plus's and minus's to each please.

ohh and also, if anyone happens to have both(or 06 infamous), or is able to get there hands on both, i would greatly appreciate a size comparison pic and maybe some weights if possible.

    THANKS AO

The timmy is defiantly lighter than the Quest, the timmy is louder, the efficiency is very comparable between the two, stock performance between them is awesome on both, very great, similar rates of fire, ease of maintenance though goes to the timmy by far.

Honestly in my opinion, I have owned both markers, and love both of them, they are very balanced comfortable markers, looks wise the timmy wins in a land slide, though the quest is not so ugly. it really comes down to your preference...spool (quest) or popit (timmy)

and I know someone will hate me for saying this, but a quest is like a SFT shocker but improved upon in the efficiency department, and the timmy is a highly adapted spyder. honestly the quest is the nicer marker, but both will preform for you out of the box, with no kick, no bounce, and great consistency quest

I think the quest has a better 'feel'. Timmys have always felt 'cheap' to me, might just be me, but I'd go quest. Both perform well out of the box, its probably going to come down to your style. I'd take a quest, but I'm not you Good luck.

I've always liked Timmy's. I'm not sure why. Efficient, quiet, light, and upgradable (if you ever need to).

But then, I used to have a Shocker, which is similar to a Quest, and that shot nice too.

                But I voted Timmy.

It sounds like a poppit vs spool question.

The basic trade off is poppit guns are (generally) more efficent and easier to maintain then spoolers; but spoolers make less noise and have less kick. So what is more important to you?

Also which one is more visually appealing to you?

Both of those guns will out preform field limits if fully "unleashed"

I've been a timmy fan for a long time. I just can't help it. I vote went towards them.

The quest might be a tad bit more difficult to maintain (since you have to lube a bolt..not very hard) but it is also much easier to work on if something goes wrong...there is much more to break on a timmy..

The timmy looks better, but the quest isnt ugly..just plain.

Not too many people have quests...then you have spool vs. poppit...and persoanlly I prefer spool.
For one I know spools and how to work on them more so then a poppit type gun, they generally have less kick (some timmys have bad kick, it depends on how well they are set up) the quest kicks a little less then a shocker..

Timmy you may need to replace the feedneck for a clamping one, and you will probably want a new barrel..the quests 007 barrel shoots as nice as any, and the feedneck needs an allen key but it still is clamping.. (this is if they still put the twist feednecks on the timmys)
