    Anyone bent there Drop Forward?

Hey guys, just wanted to know if anyone has had the same prob as me.

Anyway, after last weekends hard play, I just noticed yesterday when I had my whole setup hanging on the wall. My Drop was bent. Very small bend, where the tank is pointing in a slightly downward direction.

I do remember the tank was mounted perfectly horizontal, parrallel to the floor, but now it has maybe a slight maybe 15 degree bend pointing the tank to the ground.

FYI, if this isnt infact normal, then stay away from Warped Sports Flame DF. I am interested in a Black Shocktech, but am worried its think design may repeat the same condition I am in now.

    Let me know all,

Yup bent my smartparts drop at the front screw hole after
    slipping and falling.

I'm using the shocktech one now ,no problems so far.

The SP had counterbored screw holes wereas the ST has
countersunk (square hole vs triangle) the countersink
    leaves more metal

I've found a really beefy drop forward that might be the solution to your problem.
http://www.fighterxsports.com has 2 types of drops to choose from

you should be able to apply light torque on any drop forward without having it bend. If you were to drop it, it should hold up to the abuse or it isn't worth the money.
I don't think there are any standard tolerences for drops, so you might just have to experiment.
