Is there any way to get an e-mag besides just buying lowers? I looked on the AGD site and they dont seem to be available? Where can I buy a complete E-mag?

Nope. There is no way to get a new one. They were discontinued a few years ago. The ones sold "new" in the last few years through AGD's site were built from leftover parts. The only way to get one now is to buy used.
