new barrel idea

what if the barrel was like a cork screw? it whoudnt have on the dime accurcy but it would have i think good distance

problem is that gas to get it through the barrrel but maybe if you have like 1 cur and it strated out at the hen so it would add alot of spin to be more accurate

so either a cork screw barrel
or a barrel with a twist or curve like a cork screw and then straits up at the end

whould this work? and i dont think it would break alot of balls if you use hard paint but i might be wrong

The already have em. or somthing similari to what you are thinking. The armson is the only TRUE rifled barrel. and ive seen tippman barrels that are curved at the end also. neither of them had more Distance i belive. well theres my .02 $

I think he is talking more radical but I don't think if the barrel it self was actually shaped like a cork sscrew it would not work it would probly terribly inaccurate and It would be hard to make also look down for a thread about trajectory you will see distence and trajectory are completley dependent on velocity

i personally do not like the idea of a "corkscrew barrel" and think you would have a very hard time selling anyone on one.
