    Help rebuild LPR

    Hey guys, I picked up this reg from a friend to use on a p-mag, but he gave it to me in pieces and said it came apart when he removed it anyway there is a nipple with it to, but I already put it on the gun. I'm thinkin the left side is the adjustment side and the right is the input side.

    The second pic is what I believe is the adjustment side, it seems to be 2 pieces but I cant get it apart.

    Anyone know how it goes back together? I'm thinking its:

    Adjustment screw->spring->pin thing->seal->LPR->input pipe nipple->gun

    Is that right? Ive tried to find a diagram of its internals but no luck. Anyone know what type of LPR it is?

    ok got it apart finally, looks like i was wrong. I now thikn the small pin and spring go in the inlet side. I think the order it is in the pic is the way it goes together. Anyone have any input?

      well I put the reg together exactly like the picture and its like theres no regulation at all. The hose instantaniously gets blown off. I believe to lower the pressure the reg screw should be pulled out....but it happens either way.

      I think I got the reg to work, but I'm out of air row. I put a small grip screw on top of the small spring on the top of the reg. When I put it together there was no spring pressure on the input side the (spring slid right into the pipe nipple) the screw effectively works like a washer and applys pressure to the spring, and the spring pushes on the pin and small seal....I dont know if this will work with a full 800psi behind it, but it worked with about 100

      Might as well post up some pics of what its going on

      So wheres the LPR you say???

      Oh there it is!

      Ive always hated the LPR sticking out the front of peoples guns....so I just had to do a little customizing. I would have put a small one in the grip, but I have plans to put some electronics in there

        Looks like a palmer rock reg and the ordering looks right off the top of my head. The small spring needs some pressure on it to keep it closed.

          Thanks dude, IDK if its a rock or not. From the pics of rocks ive found online they look shorter(about 1/2 the length of this one). I wonder if this is just an old school one or something though.

          I hope thats the right way and the screw will work, just found out my scubas are out of air, so its going to have to wait till it's refilled to really test it out this always seems to happen.

              hahaha wow I completely missed that all the pics I saw said micro rock on them Looked on palmers site and it looks the same as the normal rock, just no slot in the bottom. 0-300psi out, just what I was looking for thanks guys

              No one even mentioned anything about my mag its come along way since it was a standard feed clasic mag....I dont think there is a original piece on it other than the fieldstrip screw

                  haha i was just playing around and being sarcastic. thanks though. I really wished the anno matched on any of the parts....i'm tempted to send it off to get annoed, but ive never been one to spend money on purely cosmetic upgrades.
