wow, its hella early over here... anyways, i would like to know how it is possible for sites like paintballarmory.com and 888paintball.com to offer free 2-3day air and overnight shipping? pbarmory has free overnight shipping on all purchases made >30bucks and 888pb has free shipping on all reorders. i know air shipping is hella expensive, so how is this possible?

There are a number of marketing issues at play here, from loss leaders to establishing customer loyality.
Also FedX and UPS offer their higher volume customers discounts on total shipping.
For you and me to ship 1lb. 2 day air would probably cost us $18-$20 bucks. But if we were shipping 250-500 pieces per day then that cost could be easily cut in half.
Plus, as a customer you will be more apt to return to them for future purchases.If you truly want something you have never had before, You will have to do something you have never done before. -
Well part of the reason 888 is able to do it, is because the expanded and now have like 3-5 warhouses to ship from, thus they have enough locations to be within 2-3 days shipping from anywhere in the countryComment
