What Size Inserts/Backs Do You Actually Use?

the .685 on my matchstix kit gets the most use by a large margin.

In response to the person who wanted to know what we brand/type of paint usually used. I tend to use DXS paint, X-ball bronze, blaze, X-ball silver, X-ball gold (if I'm feeling..."spendy"), rec sport...I like DXS never had a bad day with the stuff. That and the field I tend to play at (Fox in Millington IL) has DXS as field paint (but they are BYOP, every day).

Yeah, whats up with all this small paint? I recently bought some paint at Wal Mart for a woods game and it was sooooo small it rolled out of a 679 insert!

I never use anything below a 691. I do not want to risk barrel breaks, and I care not for the small amount of difference in accuracy/efficiency.

I have to match to the paint, as I use a closed bolt marker (excal). So it varies from day to day.

I match paint, so .682-.687 most of the time, and occasionally .689. Never larger.

I have never even seen an insert smaller than 689! Been playing since the woodland days aswell! A 682?? Crikey!
